The Company was formed in 1996 and currently has two local shareholders, one local Director and a South African Director and Shareholder.

Risk Managers, was formed in 2011 with local offices situated on the Ground Floor of Sechaba House, No. 4 Bowker Road, Maseru. Prior to 2011 Risk Managers was formerly known as Sechaba Insurance Brokers (Pty) Ltd. Given the widespread use of the Sesotho word ‘Sechaba’, a decision to revamp the brand was taken to avoid confusion with any other entities.
Risk Managers, was formed to address the ever growing need for providing comprehensive financial services solutions that address each client’s specific needs, whether Corporate or Individual. Being registered under the Lesotho Insurance Act No 12 of 2014, Risk Managers offers clients a one stop platform for all financial services relating to Insurance (i.e. Corporate Insurance, Key Man Insurance etc), Investments and all forms of Employee Benefits (Pension/Provident Fund Structures/Administration/Review, Workman’s Compensation, Group Funeral Schemes etc.).
